Our Team
Kevin Scott
MBA, RDCS, RVT
Kevin Scott, owner and cardiac sonographer for Midwest Cardiovascular Ultrasound, began his career in the medical field in 1976 becoming a Certified Respiratory Therapist. He then moved to be part of the open heart perfusion team. IN 1982, he became a sonographer taking care of all phases of cardiac and vascular ultrasound procedures, training and quality control and by 1985 had become Chief Cardiac Sonographer for Mercy Hospital – Springfield. He held that position for 21 years until he started his own company which provided cardiac and vascular ultrasound (Echocardiograms) to local and area hospitals and clinics.
Kevin is dedicated to the service of his patients and provides excellence for every patient’s care.
In addition to Midwest Cardiovascular Ultrasound, Kevin also developed a reporting software for cardiac ultrasound procedures (Echocardiographic Interpretation Software) which he continues to market and develop with his company Medical Software.
Kevin has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a RVT, RDCS as well as a pilot whom participates in the Angel Flight program.
